The global political ground is ever changing and the concept of terrorism is also changing along with social, political and economic changes. During the 21st century, there are a lot of changes happening in all over the world. Because of the growing rates of terrorism over the whole world, people are now not being able to live by maintaining harmony. The terrorists are always in search of spreading terror among common people by every mean and they feed on people’s fears that make them even stronger. Terrorism was progressing slowly but steadily and before the attack of 9/11, the global security experts never considered terrorism as such a huge threat to the global security (Malik, Zhilong & Ashraf, 2019).
